Hello, I'm Ayush.
Founder
I've been lucky enough to travel most of the ways there are to travel: slow-travelling across South America, a stretch of volunteering in Lilongwe, Malawi, quick city breaks in Europe and two-week trips to dive in Raja Ampat. But it was only recently that I worked out what kind of travel I actually love, and why: for me, a sense of accomplishment from seeing marine life in the wild, coupled with a feeling of detachment from city life and the chance to grab a pint with people from around the world. Once I knew that, everything before it stopped comparing. I take fewer trips now, and each one lands. I know I'll love it before I've boarded the plane. I want that for everyone.
I spend my working life in data and AI, advising senior leaders on strategy. The question I ask more than any other, of anyone, about anything, is: why are you doing this, and what is it for? My job is helping people find the direction that actually matches what they're trying to achieve. It turns out that's the same question worth asking before you book a holiday.
